Starlight Travel – Terms and Conditions

1. Medical Disclaimer
By participating in any tour offered by Starlight Travel, you acknowledge and accept that all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Starlight Travel shall not be held liable for any and all medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, or health-related issues that may occur during or after the tour. It is your responsibility to assess your physical condition prior to the tour and seek medical advice if necessary.

2. Physical Requirements
Our tours require a moderate level of physical activity. All participants must be able to walk continuously and remain in motion for the full duration of the 2-hour tour. If you are unable to meet this requirement, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating.

3. Breaks and Assistance
If at any point during the tour you feel unwell, tired, or need to take a rest, please immediately notify one of our tour guides. They are there to assist and ensure your safety and comfort.

4. Hydration
To help maintain hydration throughout the tour, bottled water will be provided for all participants. However, it is your responsibility to drink water as needed and manage your own hydration needs.

5. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and/or participating in a Starlight Travel tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds and Cancellations 

Starlight Travel – Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund and may also be rescheduled at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations made between 36 and 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time at no extra cost, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the tour are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, provided that notice is given at least 36 hours in advance of the scheduled tour.

  • All rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee or may not be permitted.

3. No-Shows

  • Participants who fail to arrive on time or do not show up for their scheduled tour will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Starlight Travel, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
